Track Name: The Slab
"There is a red and angry world. Red things happen there. The world eats your wife, your friends, eats all the things that make you human. And you become a monster. And the world just keeps on eating. I couldn't take that, being eaten. I couldn't take the red world so I walked out, and I left my body behind, and I am somewhere else now. Somewhere quiet. Somewhere green and timeless. I drift the cellular landscape stretching beneath me, erie, silent, beautiful. My awareness expanding through the forgotten root systems. Am I at peace? Am I happy? Yes, oh yes."

Once was a seed, that broke out to from some weed, branched into a tree, with a complex of leave. Chillin like a ghost where the kids that got no coast come just to dipset, just to get their feet wet. Mister mister please, got these bruises on my knees. Medicate the breeze, turn the rivers to seas. Come out from the woods like a twelve point stag, must have been from the first six that I had.

We drive to the place where all the people wear a smiling face, a circle of djembes, mary jane, and beer champagne. Hip, hop into a river full of liquor, underneath's a cave. Hold your breath, and open eyes slowly to see reflections of Mr. Sun. Then a young woman says she missed her son. Her lover kissed her one time, had me tongue-tied. Took a deep breath, and then we left all that awkward shit behind. Bumble bees began speakin, beginning of summer everyone's eatin Kosher brats, fry our brains til they rot, why not, roll a fatty up and take another shot. Just don't stress, no please don't stress, they say that time is all we got. So come with me stay young with me, don't be a square, have another one with me, lose that glare, and one will see nothin were doin is bad, nobody's mad, just escapin tribulations at the slab.

Take me to the slab.
